820-3115 battery problem

Board boots up with charger but wont turn on only with battery. ppbus_g3h with charger 12.61 and with battery only getting 11v-11.8v

board working when starting with magsafe, then holds battery, but wont boot without magsafe and battery pulls ppbus to 11-11.8v

That's good voltage for battery.
Battery is charging/discharging normally?

Now is problem ppbus 12.20-30 and battery x

With magsafe it boots and working but when i turn off and remove mag it wont turn on

12.3V is incorrect PPBUS_G3H, without battery connected.
Check voltage and diode mode on SCL/SDA lines of battery bus.
Test the board disconnecting BIL (J6955).
