820-3115 doesnt post

820-3115. hdd light turns on but not posting after that. recognizes no memory and cpu vcore 0.8v

History? Liquid? CPU core at 0.8V suggests something is happening. Plug in USB mouse and see if it lights up.

no liquid not charging, but turns on through battery smcbc_ok not getting 3v. i took pp3v42 and connected it to it just to see if it will charge and it does.

even if i remove jumper it doesnt post with battery

If USB mouse lights up the board is probably booting. PPBUS voltage without battery? Do a PRAM reset with an external USB keyboard and see if the board chimes, 4 pin speaker in the case must be connected.

This morning I tried and no usb mouse. But I didn't do anything. Still 0.8v though.

You should figure out why there is no ACOK. I suspect corrosion around U7000 or under SMC.
