820-3115 doesn't recognatize the LCD.

My 820-3115 doesn't recognize a known working LCD assembly. LCD_IG_PWR_EN is missing.
I have cpuvcore, USB mouse gets steady light even after reconnecting it.
Any suggestions????

Post voltage fort pins 4, 6, 7 of J9000.
Be sure LCD connector is OK.
Also check L9008.
