820-3115 enter key not working

Have a 820-3115 that is in perfect condition with no liquid damage. All keys on the keyboard work but the enter key. Already replaced keyboard but same issue is still present.

What should I check next??

Check all traces from keyboard connector could be a busted one. I'd try multiple keyboards to be sure. Also could be an issue with U5701.

Are you sure "Enter" is the only non-working key?
Individual key fault is sign of bad keyboard.
MLB issue can generate problems with one entire raw, or column for keyboard matrix.

Open Notes and test each key...
