820-3115 Fan spins for one second than stops cycle

I have this board
apparently no short, also checked main voltages and current sensing circuit around u7200 for wrong resistor values. Didn't find the cause of the problem so far.

Check if all coils pulse in that second.
Inspect R7402/03.

In the mean time I desoldered and read the SPI content... Found a completely blank SPI rom!!! Reprogrammed and now I finally got it booting! I wonder how could have the spi ROM been erased completely ?
