820-3115 freezing

No liquid damage. When trying to install OSX the machine freezes up completely and looks like this. After shutdown screen will look normal but does same kind of thing again when trying to install OSX

what to check or try for this?

This board has only Intel Graphics.
So any artefacts on image are directly related with DDR3 memory, which is shared for video too.

Thank you, new ram solved the problem. This is the first time I ran into this issue.
