820-3115 Green light, rails pulsing

Computer was dropped and one of the USB ports was bent but there is no apparent board flex affecting components.
Tried diffente RAM and same thing.

PPBUS 12.6V
SMC Bypass same behavior
PM_SLP_S3_L & PM_SLP_S4_L & ALL_SYS_PWRGD pulse too with very low voltage

Possibly damage inside the board.
Check for short on page 72 and U4600 output.
