Light one charger, no fan spin.

PPBUS_G3H - 12.56V

PPBUS_S5_HS_COMPUTING_ISNS - 12.58V

PPBUS_S5_HS_OTHER_ISNS - 12.58V

PP3V42_G3H - 3.48V

PPVRTC_G3H - 3.33V

PP5V_S5 - 5.03V

PP5V_SUS - 0V

PP5V_S3 - 0V

PP3V3_S5 - 3.33V

PP3V3_SUS - 0V

And I am lost now….

PM_SLP_SUS_L missing too?
Post PM_BATLOW_L, S5_PWRGD, PM_DSW_PWRGD, PCH_DSWVRMEN and the 4 RTC signals.

PM_SLP_SUS_L - 3.32V

PM_BATLOW_L - 0.07V

S5_PWRGD - 0V

PM_DSW_PWRGD - 3.48V

PCH_DSWVRMEN - 2.63V


PPVOUT_G3_PCH_DCPRTC - 0.15V
PPVRTC_G3H - 3.33V
SYSCLK_CLK32K_RTC - 0.36V
RTC_RESET_L - 3.28V
PCH_SRTCRST_L - 3.29V

If you aren´t using a 85watt original adapter you won´t get the PM_BATLOW_L. That happened to me until I changed the PSU cable to a original 85 watt. And I understand that if you don´t have that voltage you wont be able to activate the PCH.

Just to confirm I got genuine 85W charger.
Tried three chargers and got same voltage on PM_BATLOW_L

Then you MUST have 3V3_SUS too; check that again.
If not present, check for short and post Q7802/20 voltages.

That is not a confirmation 100%.
You should get higher pulse.
Only an o-scope can catch the real peak pulse.
PM_SUS_EN should go high at same time.
