SMC_BC_ACOK oscillates 0.6-0.8v


CHGR_ACIN 3.9v
CHGR_DCIN 16.75v
SMC_RESET_L 3,3v
CHGR_RST_L 3.4v
In cap c7050 5ohm
In cap c7020 25ohm
I try new u7000 and still nothing

-Diode Mode reads
SMC_BC_ACOK 0.5v
SMBUS_SMC_BSA_SCL 0.5v
SMBUS_SMC_BSA_SDA 0.5v

First of all, welcome to the forum!

Does the machine turns on with charger alone, without battery?
Check R5087 integrity.

the board dont turn on from the charger, i´ts 85w original
R5087 -450k ,
all the board is clean , no sign off water damage

OK, remove the battery; we need to make it turn on with charger alone first.

Check resistance between pins 17/18 and 27/28; on the chip, not over the corresponding caps (discard broken traces/solders).
Post some basic voltages for U7000; pins 1, 2, 3, 9, 12, 13, 14, 15, 17, 19, 20, 27.

Did you try to start in SMC bypass mode?

Resistance pins 27/28 25ohm

14. 0.8v
15. 3.4v
17. 12.57v

20. 5v
27. 16.57v

i recheck all and now ppbus fall to 12.27v , all the previus reads are the same instill pin 17=12.27v

Are you sure about this?
Check again resistance between pins 17/18; just between chip pins.
Resolder these pins.
