Mac arrived dead! PPBus was 4v. After changing resistors R7020, R7021 and U7000, I now have 12.56v.

RTC_RESET_L - 3.26V
PCH_INTRUDER_L - 1.65v
PCH_INTVRMEN - 2.5v
PCH_SRTCRST_L - 3.26V

PPBUS_G3H - 12.56v
PP3V42_G3H - 3.4v
PPVRTC_G3H - 3,3V
PP5V_S5 - 5v
PP3V3_S5 - 3.3V
*PP3V3_SUS - 0v
SMC_ONOFF_L - 3,37v

SMC_ADAPTER_EN - 3.3V
SMC_PM_G2_EN - 3.4V
*PM_BATLOW_L - 0v
PM_PWRBTN_L - 3.4V
*PM_RSMRST_L - 0v
PLT_RESET_L - 0v
ALL_SYS_PWRGD - 3.3v

SMC_RESET_L 3.1v and Y5010 0v (SMC_extal and SMC_xtal_r)

See the U4900 on page 45. The components and traces Ok. The PP1V2_S5_SMC_VDDC line is 0v.

SMC problems?

"PCH_INTRUDER_L - 1.65v"
This looks bad.
Possibly accumulated crap underneath PCH; heat with quality flux.
If no change, replace R1801 with 100-330K.

"*PM_BATLOW_L - 0v"
Are you using original 60/85W charger for sure?

"ALL_SYS_PWRGD - 3.3v"
Please post accurate information!
You don't get 3V3_SUS yet; how do you get PM_SLP_S3L???

I changed the R1801 and now I have 3v, but I still have no green led and dead board.

Yes, I am using original charger 85W

Sorry, I got confused when typing the lines. ALL_SYS_PWRGD is 0v.

I'm going to try reballing in SMC.

I found that the board turns on with a charged battery. Recognizes charger but does not charge.

Battery can't be charged, until get Magsafe light.

Unfortunately, I'm not so sure about your readings.
Board can't turn on without 12MHz at Y5010.
With battery, Y5010 starts after pressing power button.

Do you get SMC_BC_ACOK?
Did you test another DCIN board?
Did you try SMC bypass?

I don't have an oscilloscope to test the Y5010. I just checked the voltage.

I have SMC_BC_ACOK 2.2v and on SMC_BC_ACOK_VCC 3.42v.

Tested with another DCIN, same thing.

It works with SMC bypass!

I did the reballing in SMC, it didn't work.

It took me a while, but I got some SMC chips. I changed it, but the problem remains. Any more suggestions?

So board works in normal mode with battery, but only turns on in SMC bypass with charger alone (no battery)?
Did you try another charger?

Complicated!

After I removed the SMC to check the U6900 line, it won't turn on anymore! (of course, with smc in place).

Tried with both the old and the new SMC. Board no longer turns on with the battery or SMC bypass!

I checked the voltages, same situation as before.
