820-3115 - no image. has backlight

This was a known good board for testing. i needed some readings and made an accident.

My hand accidentally slip and shorted C9796's 30v to L9080's pin 2.
now the LVDS_conn_A_clk_f_p line is fuked.
this line talk to the PCH.

diode mode on L9080's pin 2 is 0.227
diode mode on L9080's pin 3 is 0.552

i've changed L9080 and didnt help

laptop turn on with backlight but no image
i dont have a BGA machine. so this board can turn into mac mini or is there another way to fix it?

replace PCH or Mac mini......

Yeah dead PCH. Also need to fix the BIOS with a clean ME region after replacing the PCH.
