I have this mac that does not show video, not even on the tunderbolt and does not read the external HDD only lights the LEDs.

No reason to search for video, if you cannot confirm USB activity.

Any history available?
Did you try ONE DDR module at a time, on each slot?
VCORE present, did you check R7402?
