This ones stumping me. We have PM_SLP_S5_L
We have PM_RSMRST and all other chipset support stuff like SUS voltages.
I have tried a new Bios Chip. The board looks very clean and maybe not liquid damaged.

PM_SLP_S4_L has 36k to ground so it doesn't seem like theres a short on the line.

Ive checked all inductors to ground, only one looking low is l7630 being 1.6Ohm
The board pulls 0.56A from the supply, the usual S5 state is around 0.32A, but this minute difference doesn't give much away.

Any ideas would be appreciated.
Thanks

Being a total noob here and got confused between measurements, We have no PM_SLP_S5_L either. PM_Batlow is present.

PPVRTC_G3H Is present across the entire board as well. Just to add there is no fan spin, nothing changes in SMC bypass. Im starting to think i may have a PCH replacement to do.

All present as stated above. I Thought stating 'present across the entire board' would put you off asking that question.

Example R1800 pin 1 = PPVRTC_G3_PCH, pin 2 = PCH_INTVRMEN_L so you didnt stated a shit, different names on each pin, but yeah seems you are smarter than me, good luck with your repair....
