What does the battery indicator have to do with charging the batter? Also BATLOW_L at 1.17V is not correct. Crap under SMC probably

Okay I UC'd the board and with no battery plugged in I took these measurements
Pin 2 of R5041 and Q5040 (PM_BATLOW_L) show 2.47v
Pin 3 of Q5040 (SMC_BATLOW_L) shows 3.28v

2.47V is still not a valid signal. Crap under SMC does not go away with UC. Flux and heat or pull and reball.
