First bad readings at ISL, replaced got current values, had short on PPBUS_G3H at q7035 that appeared later on working on things, replaced q7035/30 and u7000 one more time. Values at ISL still same and still no PPBUS G3H

0.225 on L7030 is not good, if Q7035 is original; check diode mode inverting probes too.

Remove F7040 and check voltage at L7030.

voltage at L7030 is 1V with F7040 removed.

Check again diode mode with F7040 removed.
You should get 0.400-500 at L7030, with red probe on ground; OL with black on ground.

Replace R/C7025.
Check all traces and solders around U7000.
