820-3115 not charging

Greetings to all, my name is Jose, I am from Chile. am glad to be in the forum. I need som help.

A few days ago I received a 2012 MBP with a short circuit in the PP3V42_G3H line. the short was in the ISL6259, replace it an the board turn on. I connect the screen and everything is fine.
the problem is PPBUS_G3H is 12.22 volts and the battery is not charging. I replace the ISL Again and no change. replace the SMC and no change.
I need your help guys.

First of all ¡Bienvenido al foro!

Stop to change components without a good reason.
Post voltage and diode mode to ground at SCL/SDA lines of battery bus.
If no good, check again disconnecting BIL cable.

SCL= 0.543 - oscilating 3.445 and 3,479
SDA= 0.536 - stable 3,476

R5281= 1,979 ohms
R5280= 1,996 ohms

(check again disconnecting BIL cable.), the board is in the desk.
the original smc is installed.

Remove D6950 and test again.

PPBUS_G3H= 12,28 v

R7000 is good?
Remove also C6952/53.
Check SCL/SDA continuity between U7000, J6950, R5280/81 and corresponding pads under SMC.
Be sure to use SMC from same model board.
