820-3115 only turning on from battery

another 3115 board, turns on with battery only, with adapter it does not turns on but there is green light on magsafe,

Firstly, separate threads for separate boards.

Measure resistance of R7005. Also measure voltage on CHGR_DCIN of U7000.

What is the voltage of PPBUS_G3H when the battery is not connected?
