SMBUS one line at 3,4V and other line at 1.04V
Pullup resistors are ok. I interchanged them

I already replaced SMC 2 times
ISL 6259 1 time

Have no more idea where is the problem...

If you're confident your SMCs and ISLs are good, check C6952/C6953 (whichever line is 1.04v). That cap can short it

D6950 is also a good suspect. I hope you left the battery indicator disconnected as that can also mess up the data lines.
