820-3115 water damaged

I have 820-3115 water damaged
No keyboard or trackpad after repairing the water damage, it boot and i can get to the system.
The fan is spinning fast, I think there is a sensor issue.
I checked ot with Hardware monitor, sensor reading of memory module 1 128, i think it is damaged. Where it is located ?
PP3V3_S4 is 1.92v i think this is why there is no keyboard and trackpad.
Any advice ?

Post Q7800/03 voltages.
Check diode mode on 3V3_S4 w/ and w/o TP connected.

the board boot just with battery, i found this not normal.
i tried to replace SMC, same result
pin 1 0.1v
pin 3 3.2v
Q7800
pin 3 3.0v
pin 1 1.9v
pin 4,7 3.3v

Are these Q7803 readings?
3V3S4_EN must be present, if you can boot the machine.
Post now U7970 voltages.
