820-3115 - Wonky Resolution, bad attitude

820-3115: i7 model
This is an odd one I've had on the shelf for probably a year. Sometimes it boots up normally... and sometimes it boots up with a wonky resolution as seen here, detecting the standard 13" display as a "23-inch". I ran ASD just now and it passed. Wtf?

Test with another LCD assembly, just in case.
You can also try one DDR module at time.

When shows bad resolution, connect external monitor and see if internal image changes.
