820-3208-A - intermittent 3 BEEPS - liquid damaged.

board sometimes does 3 beep and other time boot fine.
i've already reflowed Ram

also have replaced 4 suspected ram modules

DDR voltages are there. ASD passed all tests.

Unlikely, either broken traces to the CPU/PCH, Bad memory or broken CPU/PCH
