3Beeps. Had some corrosion on C6100, R5023 and C3890 replced then and resoldered the J9000 which also was with a bit of corrosion. Measured all voltages for the Ram looking good stable, but still the same when powered on. Any advice please?

RAM or CPU issue.
Could be broken solders underneath BGA chips, or bad traces.
You can try to reflow RAM chips, but not to much hope...

Yes was thinking the same thing, few times was successful with a reflow on ram but we'll see. Thanks much appreciated
