820-3209 Macbook air no green light

HI! I have this macbook air there is no have green light.. i found some corruption on the resistors R7721, R7720 and the cap C7723.. i replaced this 3 but i haven't green light. No water damage in any other side.. looking for power rails i see PP5V_S5 Is missing, and i replace the U7201 Looking for a solution but i have nothing. so, how i can know when the PM_SLP_S4_L is Missing? how to measure this? i do check the resistance at the R7251 and R7252 and i have 00.2 ohms.. but i dont know how to measure the enable signals.

PPBUS is too low, SMC is not running. SMC_RESET high? If yes then probably crap under SMC or dead SMC.
