820-3209 no power

Arrived with C7514 exploded, no liquid damage. PPBUS_S5_HS_COMPUTING_ISNS was shorted. Removed C7514, short is now gone but PPBUS_S5_HS_COMPUTING_ISNS only 0.450V

What should be checked next?

Do you get Magsafe light?
Post 3V42_G3H and PPBUS_G3H exact voltage.

Be aware at C1802/03 as common failure on this board...
