820-3209 pch getting hot and error code 4sns/1/c0000008

customers 3209 had liquid damage. 3v3 on the jtag was corroded pulled it and put new solder. board came to life and is working but running a bit sluggish, dio gave me error code 4sns/1/c0000008. phc is getting really hot but cpu is fine. any ideas?

Tried replacing u5510 sensor but no change.
