I replaced the SMC and I end up without video. I started from the top again:
PPBUS_G3H 8.16v
PPBUS_S5_HS_OTHER_ISNS 8.16v
PPBUS_S5_HS_COMPUTING_ISNS 8.15v
PPDCIN_G3H 14.89v
PPDCIN_G3H_ISOL 14.88v
PP3V42_G3H 3.41v
PPVRTC_G3H 3.3v should be 3v
PP5V_S5 5.13v
PP5V_SUS 5.13v
PP5V_S3 5.13v
PP5V_S0 5.03v
PP3V3_S5 3.33v
PP3V3_S4 3.34v
PP3V3_SUS 3.33v
PP3V3_SW_TBTAPWR 3.33v
PP3V3_S3 3.34v
PP3V3_S0 3.33v
PP1V8_S0 1.79v
PP1V5_S3 1.35v instead of 1.5v
PP1V5_S3RS0 1.35v instead of 1.5v
PP1V5_S0 1.51v
PPVTTDDR_S3 0.67v instead of 0.75v
PP0V75_S0_DDRVTT 0.67v instead of 0.75v
PPVCCSA_S0_CPU 0.85v instead of 0.9v
PP1V05_SUS 1.05v
PP1V05_S0 1.06v instead of 1.05v
PP1V05_S0_PCH_VCCADPLL 1.05v
PPVCORE_S0_CPU 0.83v instead of 1.25v
PPVCORE_S0_AXG 0v this in diode mode has 0.0040v is this counted as a short to ground?
PP1V5_S3_CPU_VCCDQ 1.35v instead of 1.5v
PP1V05_S0_CPU_VCCPQE 1.06v
PP1V8_S0_CPU_VCCPLL_R 1.79v

I found two resitors stuck together around SMC/ISL6259. When I replace the SMC I touch them and now the PPVCORE_S0_CPU is 1.11v instead of 1.25v

no i just solve the PPVCORE_S0_CPU that was 0.83v and now is 1.11v
the problem it looks to be here:
PPVCORE_S0_AXG 0v and in diode mode has 0.0040v is this counted as a short to ground?

OK, just to be clear now. The machine works but it is just running slow? ASD no errors and battery not recognized?

I have no ideas. You replaced the SMC and now it is dead. Logic says that is where it went wrong. Donor SMCs do have a tendency to be bad, or you moved a resistor/cap.
