820-3330-b USB Port doesn't work

I am out of ideas. If a USB mouse lights up there must be data going and have never seen port not work like that. Any history as to how this defect happened?

Water damage close to the track pad.
The board is really clean, everything works fine, but the USB port has issue.
I get light on the mouse, but nothing happen also the flash drive as well.

Voltage on SMC_DEBUGPRT_EN_L and USB_EXTB_SEL_XHCI ?

Yes, in both port

SMC_DEBUGPRT_EN_L - U4650 PIN 10 : 3.4

USB_EXTB_SEL_XHCI - U2760 : 3.4V

I have no ideas anymore. If all other USB devices work and you get a light on the mouse it must work.....

Flash drive dont work, keyboard dont work and mouse dont work as well.
I just test with another mouse (regular one) and i dont get light, but the apple mouse, yes.

Remove U4650 and install R4651/52, can just jumper them with solder. Then check if this USB J4600 is working.

This works, something is trolling you. You can't get a light on a USB mouse and have no data.

If i use flash drive, i don't get light (my flash drive has light when start reading)
