820-3330-b won't turn on

Hi I have this board with small water damage I cleaned the board well but it still doesn't want to turn on the green and then orange LED

I was expecting to get some information about S5 and SUS state.
Was clear of course, there is no S0 voltage.
So do you get 3V3_S5/SUS, at least?
