820-3330 No Orange Light, Not Charging, Battery Percentage Reporting OK

820-3330 powering and working perfectly off the MagSafe charger, reporting the battery percentage OK, but not charging and no orange light (just green all the time). Machine dies immediately if MacSafe is pulled.

Board looks really clean, no signs of any liquid, area around U7000 is immaculate, likewise with Q7055.

PPBUS is 12.56v with or without battery

Same situation with a replacement battery.

Q7055:
1, 2 & 3: 12.57v
4: 12.54v
5: 12.57v

Sorry, this is probably really basic, but my brain isn't giving me a direction to go in...

New chinese batteries are bulshits.
Is good to have in stock old original batteries for test.
If not, you can lose lot of time with a good working board...

These were all OEM pulled from dead machines, but probably just sat on the shelf for way too long. I need to sort through this shit and test everything, it's just finding time...

I now remember last case with 3330 board.
Machine worked very slow even without battery; on charger only!
I received it with new battery from other service; working very slow too.
When tested with an old original (almost dead - replace now message) battery, immediately started to work flawlesly.
And was a battery removed from a 2011 machine model.

New chinese battery had half of elemnts and f***g 2 cycles number charged.
