820-3330 running slow, lagging, can't boot into OS. passed all ASD but error 255

Hi guys
having a 820-3330 board. machine can't boot into OS most of the time, sometimes it does, but running slow, like the kind of SMC sensing issue.
so ran ASD on it, all sensors tests passed.

I ran every test and only get one error when we ran the thermal interface Processor 0 Tim test 75 percent
it gets error as below
ERROR-255[Unknown result code 0xff] TEST FAILED


so no idea what it can be , look around the board few times already, looking good and no liquid spilled found, this is a regular good customer doesn't touch the board at all usually. so don't think it was ultrasonicsed previously as well

any thoughts?

Did you load EFI ASD? Look at all the sensors in the hardware profile, don't run the test, and see if one is off.
