820-3330 short on 3v42

Board looks like it's never seen a dop of water in its life.
no greenlight
pp3v42 measures 2.1v and measures 11ohms to gnd on the system side, are there any known failure points on this board or is it a case of inject 3v and see what gets warm

smc getting warm is there anywhere that sells smcs? or just have to order the donor boards?

Get it from donors... I have a 3330 with a SMC coming in that i bought from eBay
