820-3330 won’t boot

I got this machine in perfect condition. It did boot to OS a coupel of times but now it stops when the bar is filled 2/3. Same when I boot from a harddrive connected to USB.
Tried other ATA cables, HD and memory but still the same problem.

GPU issues. I have found that replacing the GPU does not help on these and have not figured out what the real issue is. Could be VRAM/GPU or cracked traces.
