some liquid sign on the screen caused by cleaning but clean MLB, fan spinning fast, got ultrasonic clean but still error.
where to start?

Thought so, I tested with other trackpad but stil the same, checking cable tomorrow.. thanks.

Well, replaced both the trackpad and the cable and still getting TS0P

Run ASD and see if there are more errors. The ALS/Webcam are on the same bus as the trackpad sensor, so disconnect that and inspect the connector for corrosion.
