820-3332-A Green light but dosen't turn on

820-3332-A Milk damaged macbook. The parts that most damaged place you can see from the added picture. I replaced a lot of components and repaired traces. The battery was swollen when i opened the case.

When i plug the 85W charger it shows green and then turn orange and after that nothing happens.

I only see photos of areas that are of no interest as far as power-on is concerned. Looks pretty bad though......

Check all the S3 rails i had the same problem different board i was missing PP5V_S3 that took me to 5V and 3.3 V supply chip U7200 after i replaced the chip my board started working again.

Here are the rest of the pp3v3 rails.
pp3v3_s3 0.010 V
pp3v3_tbtlc 0.001V

all as3 rails are 0 volts.

PM_SLP_S4_L is 0.100-0.080 volts
PM_SLP_S5_L is 0 volts

If only one S3 supply is not coming on the board will just pulse once or power cycle. Check closely if it gives a short pulse on any S3 rail. Also make sure you are using an original 85W charger.

Can you tell me what to do if it pulses and what to do if it doesnt? We have different time lines so when you're sleep I'm awake and when you're awake I'm at sleep. I will going to sleep soon so if you could answer those questions i will be soon thankful and they will help me in future too. But i will check that s3 rail and its original 85W charger.

Could it be the issue that my charger is the original one magsafe 1 85W charger with an magsafe 2 adapter? Could that be the issue that it doesn't work?

When i plugged the battery and then the charger it started working and the fan is spinning. I remembered that you can charge the macbook pro 15 inches that needs the 85W charger with 60W but it will not turn on until the battery has charge.

The issue now is that the fan spins but it spins fast and slow and fast and slow. There is no image and there is no chime.

Man the owner who sold it to me sended to milkiest way ever but this had good thing. Sold it for 30 euros and it had 512gb ssd that works so well
