Hi, this board is clean, has no corrosion, but had a short on the line: PPDDR_S3_REG, I injected voltage and found out that U3020 was heating. Is it possible to put to work the board without one of the memory chips?

No way, all chips must be present.
A spike voltage could damaged more than one chip.
Be aware, even CPU is connected there...
