820-3332 boot stuck no progress bar

This is a non-liquid-spill board. I resoldered U8900. No change. It just goes to the Apple screen and hangs there with the progress bar. PRAM reset. No change. Any ideas where to go next?

BIOS chip fucked with? Can it boot EFI ASD?

No, no repairs done to the board. It's untouched. It does boot to EFI ASD and passes with no errors.

First resolder U8900 as should be done on all these boards. After that it is probably a GPU/VRAM issue.

I resoldered U8900 and then heated it to make sure the connection were all good before starting this post. It didn't change anything. Have you seen any cases where replacing U8900 has helped?

No, you have a GPU/VRAM issue most likely and usually that happens when someone fucked with the board.
