820-3332 - Kernel panic - memory

This one makes kernel panic as soon as it starts loading OS. It gives the error: "Possible memory corruption... blaablabla..."

ASD EFI fails with ERROR - Data match failed in Memory test 9, 60, 61, 62, 63, 64, 65 and 66

I reflowed the RAM. Same issue.

I am not going to replace 32 pcs RAM-chips

Is this RIP ??? Or is it possible to find out which chip is trash ??

Thanks

I don't know how to find the offending chip. Of course it is possible and Apple has the means to do it. This board is RIP if you don't want to replace the RAM

Thanks. I am thinking about the "blaablabla"-part could tell something about it as it is displaying some memory adresses. But how to apply these adresses to a physical chip I don't know anything about at all.

panic(cpu 0 caller 0xffffff802a1e4d90): "Possible memory corruption: pmap_pv_remove(0xffffff802a8892b8,0xffffff800074b000,0x74b, 0x74b002, 0xfffffeb0adeb1a58): empty hash"@/Library/Caches/com.apple.xbs/Sources/xnu/xnu-3789.70.16/osfmk/i386/pmap_internal.h:841

Ideas?

Look up the RAMCFG1-4 straps and swap the resistors to pull them all high. I believe this will disable half the RAM so maybe you get lucky.
