820-3332 NO POWER

hello,
client have change battery, machine works during 2 month and now no power
i have check no water damage
PPBUS_G3H have only 3.5V
I have remove F7040/41 and same, 3.5V on pin 1 and 1.12V on pin 2
Replace U7000 for check and same
PP3V42_G3H is present
i have green light on charger

Keep out F7040/1.
Post U7000's basic voltages: 2, 3, 9,12, 13, 14, 15, 17, 19, 20, 27.
