820-3332 randomly freezing

This 820-3332-A works fine until it randomly freezes. If it freezes it still shows a picture but i cant type anything nor move the mouse. Same if i boot from an external drive. Power Button can still turn it off. I already resoldered the joints on U8900 but no change. Can a reflow or new IC help i this case? Or is it a different problem this time? I remeber from one of Louis´s streams that there also is an issue where the CPU clocks down so far that the device crashes... Could it be that?

I let it sit running for a while now to test it and as i came back to it it wont show a picture anymore. Not it spins the fans like crazy but did not show any picture anymore. Even if i unplug the battery and wait it wont show anything on the screen. It also wont chime and PRAM reset is also not possible anymore. And i did not touch it...GPU_VCORE is 0.9V.

Is one of the fan screw holes stripped? If so is it the one on the backside of the VRAM? Just a guess but check your soldering on U8900 as well

Screw holes look fine. Also there are only original screws (the 6 bigger and the two flat ones) screwed onto the heatsink. Can my soldering be bad if VCORE is 0.9V?

Freezing like that will not be U8900. This can be anything and I this will be a time waster board. Probably cracked trace/ball under CPU/RAM or something that vague. Hopeless.
