Hello friends, how are you? I am new to this repair of macbooks, I mainly dedicate myself to iphone. An 820-3332 came to my workshop that only turned on with a battery and when I connected the magsafe and the green LED blinked, change u7000 and measuring it had no PP5V1_CHGR_VDDP
remove R7001 and got green light then orange
replace q7080 and fix that fault.
now when I connect with a charged battery it says the battery is exhausted and it does not turn on, then I connect the magsafe and with the battery connected it marks a level of 60% and it works very slow. From already thank you very much

First of all, welcome to the forum!

This board has weird problems with bad, or fake chinese batteries.
Test it with known good battery, even old one.

Run corresponding EFI ASD and see if any error pops up.
Check resistance between pins 17/18 and 27/28 of U7000.
Also post exact PPBUS_G3H voltage without battery connected.

PPBUS_G3H voltage is 12.59v without battery.
u7000:
17 and 18 = 17.1 ohm
27 and 28 = 21.2 ohm
I am downloading efi asd for this model

17.1 ohm was very high so I tracked the lines and found that the CHGR_CSO_R_N line had no connection to the other side of r7050. solve the first.
Now the macbook works fast, but when I connect the battery so that it charges it marks different percentages and continues showing when it is off and I want to turn it on that the battery has no charge, I am testing with a generic battery and 2 original ones same failure

The first error is Thunderbolt related too?
I cannot see from your picture; missing above message line.

Check for corrosion on thunderbolt area.
Remove Q3880 and test machine again.
