820-3332 stuck at hdd select

No liquid damage or anything, when i start and press option to select hard drive, and press enter, it gets stuck and nothing happens, this is second machine with same issue
i have already reflowed u8900. What next?

Able to run ASD by chance or internal diagnostics with the D key? Tried booting with the battery unplugged?

Disconnect HDD and try to start from USB; same thing?
