820-3332 Wont boot all the way

Clean board, wont boot all the way and it gets stuck for ever, ASD shows 5 different memory errors, is this thing done?

I resoldered U8900 with fresh new solder, but same issue.

Post the exact error messages you've get.
Did you try to boot in SMC bypass?

Did not try SMC bypass since it did start fine a couple times, but I can try.

RAM problems, or even CPU.
Try to reflow each RAM chip and gently tap on top of it.
