820-3427-b fan spins no chime no video

Hi All,
This is liquid damaged board. insted of 3 times spinning at the start it spins about 10 sec then stop and spins again for the second time and no chime. after 80c ultrasonic cleaning only one time worked well and again back to same situation. connect usb mouse no light but CPU_vcore present 1.7v.

not that much liquied damaged only near u7400 and once replace the c8111 and R8111 got the fan spins.

Any idea where to check?

Hi Duke, Thank you for your replay.

u1950 seems prety clean and but replaced it and no different. All the pins getting accurate voltage. PCH_SYS_PWROK 3.3v on R1962 . I thought maybe the bios and replced it still the same. any clue?

This is going to suck. Inspect closely around U7400 where corrosion was. Could be a corroded pad under U7400 or a resistor there. Maybe post a good picture if you can.
