820-3435 all rails are present. Not turning on.

Hi,

Got this 830-3435 borad with liquid damage at U7090 area. No light on charger, not turning on. Replaced U7090 and C7090 repairing some lines between them. After that got PPBUS 8.06 that seems to be that my smc doesnt work. heat it with flux and now i am getting 8.61V. All other rails are present, machine charges battery but doesnt turn on.


What can i check next?

All rails are NOT present if ALL_SYS_PWRGD is missing.

What voltage do you currently have on PP3v42 and PPBUS_G3H? Light on the charger goes from green to orange and is steady? PPVRTC_G3H present? PP5v_S5, PP3v3_S5, PP3v3_SUS, and PP5v_S4RS3 present?

Check if all big coils pulses too.
Any sign at VCORE?

All present except of PP5v_S4RS3. Not shorted to ground.

So likely PM_SLP_S4_L is missing. There must?ve been liquid elsewhere besides U7090. Remove JTAG connector if you haven?t already. Inspect closely for corrosion near the SMC, BIOS and ALL probe points/resistors near it, U1900 and its traces to Y1905, U1950 and anywhere else in general.
