What voltage do you currently have on PP3v42 and PPBUS_G3H? Light on the charger goes from green to orange and is steady? PPVRTC_G3H present? PP5v_S5, PP3v3_S5, PP3v3_SUS, and PP5v_S4RS3 present?

So likely PM_SLP_S4_L is missing. There must?ve been liquid elsewhere besides U7090. Remove JTAG connector if you haven?t already. Inspect closely for corrosion near the SMC, BIOS and ALL probe points/resistors near it, U1900 and its traces to Y1905, U1950 and anywhere else in general.
