Check for voltage pulse (or short to ground) at all voltage rails from pages 11, 55, 56.
Also check all SPI Bus Series Termination resistors and their traces.

Be sure to get pulse at U1950/pin 3.

ok esta bien voy a medir, una pregunta el cristal Y1905, deberia siempre oscilar asi sea que no empieze a girar el ventilador( o sea antes del pulso del power)?
