820-3437 ASD test failed: Tcon error

Hi,
On this board I replaced the LCD connector and the LCD (from China).
Apple test (D key) says no problem;
ASD EFI 3S156 is fully passed;
ASD OS 3S156 shows the attached error.
ALS, camera, work fine.
What can provoke this issue? I checked again the LCD connector, all pins look good

What's the problem with this machine?

ASD OS is not needed normally.
Good enough if ASD EFI is passed.
