820-3437 bios keeps dying

Had corrosion on resistors near bios. Replaced all.
MacBook works fine but after sleeping overnight it won’t turn on. Replaced SMC, no change. I was removing jtag it turned on then didn’t when cooled. This led me to discovering if I heat the BIOS chip it turns on. Replaced and all is good until the next morning - same issue.
what could be killing the BIOS?

Did you replace U6100, or reflash it only?
Check ALL SPI Bus Series Termination resistors and their traces; few of them are far away (of BIOS), under PCH area.
Also heat PCH/CPU with good flux; to burn eventually accumulated crap.
