::10 = 3v
::9 = 0v.

Not sure what I should be seeing. At what point does it get turned on?

Measure in diode mode pins 9, 10, 6 and 7....

How can I run a jumper?

There are no points along the way, it goes from there straight to U0500.

Scrape off pad 6 and 7 under U3510 then run wires from pin 6 and 7 to TP_USB_5P and TP_USB_5N respectively.

If I run a jumper wire from pin 6 to TP_USB_5P I get no picture.

Remove the jumper and the picture comes back.

You need to disconnect the BT from both original USB data lines and run 2 wires to the unused USB_5 lines.

If the existing lines are affecting it, are they really broken?

I don't know, just cut the old USB lines and wire them to the spare one.
