820-3437 light on charger, fan spin but no chime/image

Cant find any liquid on this board.

Light on charger, fan spin but no chime and no image.
USB mouse got no light.
CPU warm.

PPVCC_S0_CPU = 1.74V

Not doing typical 3x ‘on/off’.
Got just ‘on/off’ and the ‘on’ all the time.

Any idea?

Check traces from U1900 to Y1905. Any history on this board?

Could be absolutely anything.

Few last things to check PM_PCH_SYS_PWROK and PLT_RESET_L and thorough inspection for corrosion.

Pm_pch_sys_pwrok = 3.34v
plt_reset_l = 3.335v

Yup, without any other clues this thing is probably screwed. Could try another BIOS as last ditch effort.
