820-3437 randomly turning off

Post basic voltages and check which are stable.
Also try to start in SMC bypass.

All S5 and G3H Voltages are present and stable. And i can turn it back on instantly. SMC Bypass did not help aswell.
Everything seems to be stable if the board is powered. When turning off every s4 and above rail turn off (as expected)

This board should make two start attempts and stays on in the third one.
Try new BIOS.
